Ms. D - Assistant Teacher
Diandra Entler - First year Masters Student Child Development
My name is Diandra Entler. I also go by “Miss D” and I am a new Assistant Teacher at Sprouts Academy. Before my transition to Chicago, I worked as a teacher and classroom counselor at a therapeutic day school for students with various social and emotional disorders.
I am originally from the northwest suburbs of Chicago but recently moved here to be closer to school. I am currently a first year Masters student at Erikson Institute studying Child Development with a specialization in Child Life.
I have my Bachelors in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Development from the University of Illinois in Urbana/ Champaign. During my time there, I worked at a child development lab and had the privilege of working with children abroad in both Brazil and South Africa.
Working with children of all ages is truly a passion of mine and I am excited to be a part of the Sprouts academy team. If you have any questions for me, don’t hesitate to ask.
