Yoga and Movement at Sprouts!
Our Yoga and Movement class is designed for children to play and use their imaginations, along with incorporating ways for them to reduce stress, increase focus and confidence, and get in shape.
Literature, games, and music are included to keep young yogis engaged and having fun. Inspiration is often found in nature and communicated through the art of storytelling during 30-minute weekly classes. We believe starting a yoga practice early in life, gets children moving and stretching, aids in the development of self-regulation tools, and encourages them to live a life of wellness and health long-term.
