Jennifer Paulson - Culinary Director

Jennifer Paulson is Sprouts Academy’s Culinary Director. Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, where she earned an athletic scholarship on the Women’s Varsity Volleyball Team. As an athlete, she has always been passionate about the food required to fuel the body. Watching children and families struggle over the years with food related issues prompted Jennifer to make career change to follow her culinary passion. Jennifer graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York City, a unique culinary school focused on both the theoretical and practical approach to diet and health supportive cooking that emphasized the use of purely whole, natural and unrefined ingredients. Jennifer is passionate about teaching children and families of all socioeconomic backgrounds how to make “better choices” in the kitchen. Prior to Sprouts Academy, Jennifer was an accomplished event marketing professional with a career that involved implementing powerful sales and marketing strategies focusing on brand building events in Los Angeles and Chicago for Fortune 1000 companies.
