Keiki Hawaiian Chicken

2 lb. *Organic Chicken Wings (you may substitute: chicken tenders or sliced chicken breasts)

1/4 cup Canola Oil
1/4 cup Tamari (may substitute with soy sauce)
1/4 cup Maple syrup
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar

Whisk together marinade ingredients and add to zip lock bag. Add chicken and marinate over night.

Before cooking: remove chicken from zip lock and lay in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes until the wings become brown and caramelized
*You can skewer both the marinated chicken tenders or cut up breasts and grill on medium/high for approximately 10 minutes.

Surfs Up Shrimp

2 lbs. raw shrimp deveined, shelled and rinsed

1/2 cup fresh squeeze Orange Juice
1/4 cup canola oil
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
4 sprigs of cilantro (may omit)


Whisk all marinade ingredients together and add to a zip lock bag. Add shrimp and marinate for 2 hours.

Roast in a 350 degree preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes. Don’t over cook!
*You may also skewer the shrimp as well and grill for 2 1/2 minutes each side.
