General Admissions Information

REGISTRATION FEE: There will be a non-refundable registration fee of $300. Registration fee is $150 for each additional child per family.

YEARLY RE-ENROLLMENT FEE: There will be a yearly non-refundable re-enrollment fee of $250 to guarantee your child’s space The re-enrollment fee per each additional child is $125

MONTHLY TUITION PAYMENTS: We require the first month tuition upon the date of entry. Every month thereafter, we will require that the tuition be paid the last Thursday of the month. A $50.00 late fee will be charged if a payment is more than 10 days late.

PAYMENT POLICIES: Full fee is charged when a family is on vacation, when a child is out of school due to illness or if the school needs to close for weather or other reasons.

WITHDRAWAL NOTICE: A written 60 day notice is required if a family plans to withdraw from Sprouts Academy Preschool. Your last month’s tuition deposit will go for that payment. If you withdraw your child from Sprouts Academy Preschool for any period and want to return, you will need to reapply.
