In 2013, we have been delighted to see our garden grow from seed to table, and from one plot to now four at the Urban Farm through Growing Power Chicago. Our continued participation has allowed children to think more about what it means to be apart of a neighborhood and the city, helping to grow food for the surrounding community and the Chicago Food Depository. Sprouts students plant, water, and tend our gardens from the end of May through October.
