John Allison – B.A. English – Co-Lead Teacher Rockstars

Hello! My name is John Allison and I am both honored and thrilled to be a member of the staff at Sprouts Academy. In May of 2009, I graduated from the University of Redlands with a Bachelors degree in English Literature and Sociology. During my time there, I volunteered with the Redlands Day Nursery where my interest in childhood education began. I was also an active member of SEEDS and CHAMPS, two high school mentoring programs focused on personal and academic development. This January, I volunteered in Tanzania at a small primary school, teaching English to third and fifth graders, as well as nursery students. This solidified my interest in early childhood education, and truly changed my life. As a Co-Lead Teacher at Sprouts, I have the fortunate opportunity of providing support to each student while having a great time. I consider this opportunity to be a gift, and I look forward meeting all of the parents and working with your child.
